Jeri’s Gluten Free Chicken Fingers

2 tbsp almond flour

1 tbsp finely grated parmesan or parmesan-romano blend

Garlic powder to taste

1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash (tomato -basil -garlic flavor is my favorite)

1 egg beaten with 1 tsp water in a flat dish

6 chicken tenderloins

Grape seed or olive oil to sauté

 

Dip the chicken in egg then roll in almond flour-cheese-spice mixture

Sautee about 4-5 minutes on each side till done

Use medium to low heat so the almond flour won’t burn
